1. Is RPM Clothing Secure?

Yes, your security and privacy is extremely important to us. Our website is secure and we use 128-bit encryption wherever personal information is entered. We also update our security and privacy programs to include the latest and best technology for encrypting your personal information before it is transmitted over the Internet. We also encrypt sensitive data on our local databases.


2. Does RPM Clothing have a retail store?

Yes, We are one of the few online stores backed by a retail location. This means you can come in and try the items on before you buy. Come give us a visit: Store Locations.


3. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally! The list of countries we ship to are given in the shipping and billing dropdown. If you country is listed there, then we ship to it. International orders will be shipped via USPS Global Priority mail or USPS Airmail Parcel Post. Items usually arrive in less than two weeks, depending on the destination country.


4. How do I get free shipping?

Free shipping is given to all order within the United States over $100! Free shipping is couried via UPSP second day shipping, so your items will get to you fast!


5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover Card. We can also arrange payment via check, EFT, or money order over the phone.


6. I would like to order by phone or fax, where do I send my order?

You can make orders via telephone or fax 7 days a week. For phone orders, our business hours are 7 days a week 10AM - 6PM (US Pacific Time). During these hours our sales staff will be more than happy to make size recommendations and help custom tailor your order.

7. You don't have my size listed, can you make special orders?

Yes, we can make a special request to our vendors. Please contact us via our Support Page, or feel free to call us via phone support for any further assistance.


8. What are you normal hours of operation?

Our business hours are 10AM- 6PM (Pacific US time). We are one of the few vendors who can process orders on the weekend. For weekend orders, this means we can often have your order out first thing Monday morning!


9. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30 day full refund for goods returned in their original state. You can view our Return Policy page for more information and terms and conditions.


10. Do you add sales tax to my order?

Only order made from California have a sales tax of 8.75% added


11. I heard I get 20% off my next order if I link to your website?

That's right if you put a qualified link on your website or blog you will receive 20% off your next purchase. This offer is only valid once and it is not valid with any other offers. All links are also subject to our approval.
